There’s a CULTURE WAR going on. I”m highly educated and trained in music and I’m a very creative person. I studied at Curtis which is the premier music school in the US rating Julliard. The commercial world is run by under-educated people who don’t know much about music or art. They are leading the blind and the dumb down masses are the blind now, who will lead the blind in the next dumb down generation if we don’t stop them. They don’t know to who’s a great artist is.

Being a snob is not going to get you anywhere, Miss Virgo Rouge. Do you think Florence Welch acts that way? No. She is a friendly and kind person, as well as being a creative genius. She is extremely fan friendly, and I bet if you met her in person, you would fall in love with her. That’s just how kind and good she is. That is how you should act. To be a good role model is to be a good artist.

I suggest you grow up, because acting like how you are acting is not how a full grown, mature adult would behave. The best thing for anybody to do is to respect each other’s artistry and remember that no matter if you personally like it or not, that person have put immense effort into it. The best thing is to just be a good person who is kind and generous. Don’t act like a snob, like you know so much more then other people, like you are better then them.

I have not heard your music, but I know you write and compose it, and I respect that, though remember having all that training does not make your music inherently good. There is no magic school that makes you a creative genius. It takes vision. Ladies like Bjork, Florence, Imogen Heap, Feist have it. I am not going to see if you do due to your extreme ignorance and rude behavior. Acting like a snob is not going to get you the attention you want.

Virgo Rouge, I have seen your comments on various music videos, and I hope you are not implying that you are better then Florence + the Machine. Florence Welch and Isabelle Summers are creative genius’s, and are a HUGE creative force in the music world. They have created a sound that has NEVER been heard before. They write and compose their own music and lyrics. They are genius’s.

I’m a serious musician. I’m a vocalist, multi-instrumentatlist, composer, who is self-taught but I had 20 yrs of training. I trained at Curtis, rating higher than Julliard in the US. It’s the premiere music school in the US I taught myself many things but I know it takes years of extreme hard work, training and creativity to be excellent at music. The commercial world is so out of it. They don’t think it takes extensive training. It takes self-education and extensive training.
